Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Mac.
Can you please let us know if you have downloaded Silverlight if so, please got to Applications and open Silverlight. Then click on the Playback tab and untick the second box.
You may also need to make sure that the Silverlight Plug in is up to date, please also ensure that the Silverlight Plug in is set to Always Activate on your browser.
Please let us know what browser you are using?
What anti virus software are you running?
What is the exact error message?
