Trying to take payment when I have cancelled

Hello,

I have recently cancelled my entertainment pass as I have a voucher coming. However a payment was unsuccessfully taken for the 3rd December for 7.99. It won't let me cancel entertainment (even though I had already done so) because it says they are going to try and take the payment again. Is there a help email?

Welcome to the forum. Always best to cancel passes well in advance of the end date (you don't lose any days by cancelling early) as once NOW TV start the payment taking process the cancel button is greyed out until it completes.
