Services suspended???

NowTV have suspended my packages because my payments of 2 x £3.99 are due on the 27/04/16....Fair enough but it's only the 26/4/16 so unless Now tv's bank account is running through a time machine I am very confused as to why they have suspended my services before the due date of the payment has even been reached?

 

Any help or reason would be appreciated, I don't know if I'm just missing something here but that doesn't make any sense to me.

Mine has just suspended sky movies for a payment that is due tomorrow.  Just checked with cc and they say no bill was submitted. What's going on?

My account is also suspended payment is not due for a few days and I want to apply a voucher as it is much cheaper than making monthly payments
