The most probable reason why you've been charged is because the NOW TV system has some of your details already on their system. Currently, only brand new NOW TV customers are eligible for 14-day free trial periods.
That being said, if you're positive NOW TV has made a mistake the best thing you can do is contact a NOW TV representative.
You'll find it easier to contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers might not sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Also, Mac or IOS device users might require JavaScript support enabled in their Safari internet browsers. Here's what you need to do: -

You can send the NOW TV Team a message or get to live chat from the Contact Us page

(expand the Anything Else section at the bottom for options)
Usually trying a different device and/or browser gets live chat to work if you have problems, but if you're still having trouble getting there pop onto your My Account > My Passes page

and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in instead.

Are you a NowTV Combo Customer ?
What type of voucher or pass are you trying to add to your account ?
What is shown on your screen or any error message comes up when trying to add a voucher or pass to your account.
If you are trying to add a pass or voucher via the Now TV website with your internet browser by going to My Account > My Passes maybe try disabling your ad blocker, clearing cookies or use a different internet browser.
The more information you can provide the better chance somebody can offer you further assitance.

I am a customer just like you, if the My Account or My Passes page on the NowTV website is continually loading with the spinning coloured circles then try disabling your ad blocker on your internet browser device.
You can contact Now TV either by way of live chat or drop them a message on the link page below.
