Misspelt name on account

I have typed my name in on my account wrong and its affecting me getting the movie add on on my account

Its not forgotten login details its the first name on my account that I have Misspelt I have typed guu Instead of guy !!!

If you read the article you can use your registered email address to access your nowtv account.

You can also change your personal details by going to My Account > View My Bills where you will see a tab towards the top of the page for Personal details, click on it where there is an option to update your name.

You can correct mistakes on your personal details (name, address) by going onto live chat, you'll find the link here

although if you are having trouble buying a pass I'd also check your payment details are correct as its those details that are processed when a payment is made. You can find your payment details here
