I pay every month direct debit for sky atlantic and the movie channel.....when logging in i have no passes and no history, how can this be fixed ?

The most probable reason why this is happening is because you've not actually logged into your 'active' NOW TV account.

I do log in with my email address and password, and i have no passes what i currently pay for, im just seeing trial offers instead

Your 'User name' should not be is your email address @Anonymous User

Well the box does say email or username and i log in no problem, the problem is it shows i have no passes which i pay for every month, i need proper help so i can use what im paying for
