Getting someone off my account.

Hi, I logged into my nowtv on someones ps4 and forgot to log out and now they keep using it. I have tried changing the password, this obviously didn't kick them off my account as they are still using it. I also tried removing the ps4 off my device list but when they use it again it just gets added again. To be honest this is abit of a security concern not only because they didn't get kicked off when I changed my password but also they added a trial for the sky cinema and luckily i checked otherwise i would have been charged a extra £10.

@Anonymous UserI presume that you know the person. Some friend! How many potential devices do you have at home? I would delete the PS4. Add a new device in it's place by watching straight away. Then change your password. Then pop onto chat, they may be able to block the device and reset the movies trial.

Also set a payment pin.
