Bought box with 3 month Entertainment Pass, billed just weeks later

Hi.
I bought the box with 3 months entertainment pass and I have checked my bank details to find that a payment of £9.99 was taken out last week.
I am disgusted by this.
I kind of had the feeling that it would happen, as when I put the voucher code in at the time, it didnt say that the 3 months trial had begun.
Help please, otherwise the box is going out of the window

I entered the correct code and it was accepted.
There was no mistake on my part.

As I suggested, try LIVE CHAT where a staff menber should be able to assist you.

 

Hopefully you still have details of code that you entered so it can be checked.

You mentioned that you applied a code for our Entertainment Pass, If you have been charged £9.99 this would be for our Movies Pass, It sounds like you have took out the free trial for Movies at the same time you took out Entertainment but didn't cancel the trial and this has resulted in you being charged.
