Never signed up for cinema, but have been charged for it.

If you took the entertainment membership offer from here then you did accept the free trial of cinema and boost as they are part of the offer. Both which are free and auto renewed unless cancelled, this is clearly stated in the T&C of the offer.

To stand a chance of a refund you need live chat to speak with staff. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

Then make sure to play the cancel game as you’ll usually be given a retention offer. Which is why I’m paying £2 instead of £6 and have been for 20 months.
