Why is my bill so high?

I went from paying £21 for broadband to paying £36 this month?? I thought it could be because I subscribed to entertainment but that is being charged separately??

You probably completed your first discounted year with Now, and one of the two discounts you had has just expired. When the next one expires, the charge will go up to over £40.

Check on a site like USwitch to find the better deals you could be getting with a new provider, and then call Now Broadband (150 on your landline) and invite them to match, or preferably to beat, the best deal you can find with another provider.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
