Tracking payments

Ordered now broad band for 18/10/19 lots of issues mainly round installation of line by open reach finally installed 6/11/19 phone took longer to port and also problems with order getting "lost" into very old account  which was supposed to be dead ...9193 now up and running with ...9428 but amounts not on this account start coming out as well queried and told no info finally digging through old "last pass "accounts find an entry for the dead account showing the payments from a entertainment pass despite it being "closed"  I want to close this old account completely otherwise I am paying twice for the same thing and have no confidence that closing the pass will do this any suggestions I dont want to pay twice?w

Up date after hassle getting through got response re this and yes old account that was supposed to have been cancelled now definately cancelled and got refund for doubled up payments  so alls well that ends well
