I cancelled my NOW Broadband within the 14 day period and was charged £5 for router delivery, on cancelling the operator said this would be refunded and I'm still waiting. How long does it usually take for NOW to refund your money ?

As a guess like other companies it should probably be 3-5 working days.
When did you process for the refund?

Thanks for the heads up gavs82008, I cancelled on the 9th so hoping it'll appear anyday now.
