A payment

I asked for the 7 day 3 trial with cinema and entertainment and also£5 payment I set it all up and for some reason they ha e taken the full amount from my account and now i dont know what to do

The 7 day free trials of entertainment and cinema are accompanied by boost at £5 which is charged after 7 days unless cancelled.

Boost removes adverts, gives you 3 streams and 5.1 sound.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
