Payments

Hi I cancelled my subscriptions a while ago and Now has still took payment out my bank?

Each membership is separate and need to be cancelled individually. 

Did you get email confirmation of the cancellation? 

If you didn't then I am afraid to say you did not follow the wonderful cancellation process.

For any chance of a refund you must speak with staff via live chat. Make sure your signed in and hit the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
