Payments

Ok when I set up my now tv free I was asked to account details,when I put the first details In I was told I needed to put other details in so I used my second account that went in fine all good,or so I thought so on the 17th of April when my first payment for passes was due to go out it went out of the first account which I was told the details hadn't gone through but was fine,I then checked my second account where they had tried to take the money again not just once but three times,There doesn't seem to be an phone number or email, I just get sent to the help centre where surprise surprise my issue isn't listed, can anyone help please

Hello,
Thank you for your reply,the reason I wanted this service was due
to the lockdown,and I have already filled a form in,as I said this is the
2nd/3rd time ive had issues now,so will go directly to the ombudsman.

Hello,
As I said in my previous email,when I set up my weeks free trial,
I was asked to give my account details, firstly I tried to put in my
Barclays Visa Debit card details card number ending 7039 It didn't go
through for some reason and I was asked to add different account details
which I Did using my Halifax card account details which went through
fine,my first payment was due on the 17th ,On the 17th payment was taken
but from the original card the Barclays Visa Debt that I was told the
details hasn't gone through,but they then also tried to take payment again
from the Halifax account aswell even though payment has been made, my
passes have now been cancelled as they are saying that the payment failed,
even though on my Barclays online banking you can see the money has been
taken.
