I have attempted to pay an outstanding bill; however it has said my constant details are right however they still too the money so I tried again nd it wouldn't work bu they still took the money over £70 they ha ve taken. And come to find out the bill wasn't even outstanding it was already paid December 2nd. I have done online chat and spoken to the bank i don't know what to do

When you’re saying “they” who exactly are you talking about?
Is this for broadband I assume? The reason I ask is that live chat is for TV only. Broadband is handled by the call centre.
