Lost debit card to pay and Your keeping me in a loop with no answer to my problem

Lost debit card to make payments and I'm stuck in a loop that doesn't acknowledge this question

This doom loop makes me want to cancel all subscriptions, rather than waste my Time on non Human chat bots

You don't speak to staff on here. 

What are you talking about TV streaming or broadband? Both handled very differently. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
