I have been charged for a payment and it is not showing in my account

Hi members,

When I went to book as a new member my broadband I made a payment of £60 instead of £65. I have accepted the payment into my bank account but it does not show as paid in my Now account.Furthermore, I have booked for the arrival of the broadband related items on the 20th December.

Now is patiently waiting for the fiver you still owe them.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Not so strange, alas; the Community has a fair few reports of people finding themselves unable to pay Now.

So the only strange thing here is Now’s business model 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
