For what? NOW TV memberships can be directly cancelled via My Account. If you have any problems you can contact the support team by clicking on the green Chat online button near the top of the page here.

You don’t speak with staff on here, so posting a thread with the topic of ‘Hi’ and the details of what you put is meaningless I am afraid.

What's wrong with posting "Hi?" It seems perfectly friendly and acceptable to me. Nowhere is there an indication that the poster wondered about where the response may come from.

My expectation would be the purpose of the thread. To me ‘Hi’ is pointless, granted my opinion.

Outside of cancel my subscription, there is still no indication to what the user is referring to. Probably forgetting that NOW offer broadband and also TV streaming.
