Discovered holder for account is underage

I've just discovered that this account has been made by my younger sister (under 16). How can I delete everything? She has 6 fixed month subscriptions, payments not gone through (obviously, she doesnt make regular income). 

What can we do? How do I delete the account?

What’s this for? Streaming or broadband?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
