I discovered my now broadband was down later today.I checked all the connections but they were all o.k.I then wentmomlinenusing my laptop and signed into my account.Apparently,I owe £44.00 for 2 months unpaid broadband.I then realised that I have not updated my new debit card,so I input all my details,but my bank said authentication failed.I then went back into my now account,checked on bills and payments,and it says that I paid £44.00 on 27th march yet I still have no internet.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
