Charged after cancelling

I started a free trial of Cinema and Entertainment and cancelled within the period stated. I was the charged in October and November.

Tried using the Bot but it doesn’t understand anything I say.No phone numbers….how do I contact these people?

You said you cancelled. Did you get an email confirmation of the cancellation? If not then I hate to say you didn’t go through the lengthy process to cancel.
