Can you fix my device limit

I only use it on my living room TV and bedroom, via cast and I got a message today to say I need to wait until January 

 

Please either fix this immediately or cancel and refund me, what a joke

And you make it impossible to get hold of any staff

 

1. Limit devices by IP, surely that makes more sense

2. Remove the text on your website, 90% of issues are fixed with an article, that's ###### and its a get out for not having to pay for staff to man the phones. What an absolute joke
