The £33.99 sounds like a one month Sky Sports charge.
Firstly see if you can access My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here to cancel the pass.
As anybody else have access to devices with your account details on them such has kids for example ?
If so, go to My Account > Settings & Pins and setup a payment pin on your account to prevent this happening in the future.
Then jump over to live chat and ask them for a refund for the unwanted pass.
