Bill

I am due to pay my bill but may struggle this month as I'm helping support my kids mum because she is in hospital with a swollen heart and has been in and out of hospital since January because she has lupus, vasculitis, kidney disease and heart problems. I may need to pay at the end of the month how doni go about getting an extension please

Call 150 free from a Now landline, or take your pick of:-

0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816

Rather than chat to Now, you might prefer to email them, which you can do on

customerservices@ nowtv.com

(omit the space, needed here as the Community software ‘eats’ any properly formed email addresses we might try to post).

Some problems can be better expressed in an email, but it’s up to you.

If you are not already on it, talk to Now about perhaps moving to the Social Tariff, which may be your best option in these distressing circumstances.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
