As part of your bundle purchase, you’ll also get a NOW Sports Mobile Membership for 9 months.

I did not get this bundle after 10 days. I had to buy NowTV day pass again!

Get onto Live Chat and chase this:-

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; you won’t.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

It’s 10 working days, not calendar days. When did you purchase the membership?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
