Adding a card payment

Has anyone else had any issues here, been trying to add my card all day and keep getting error message card can’t be authorised, same card I’ve used for years paying for now tv 🤔

Try another card/payment and then see if you can re-add your current card?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Never known anything like all my details are the same on the card yet I can’t add a card payment , if there are technical issues at the moment fair play , very strange

So I added my new card when the old one had expired! I have received an email saying it hasn't been updated!! And telling me to pay my bill!! Checked my account and it has been paid!! What's going on NOW!!
