Getting the error code VSF:OVP_00024 on Miss Scarlet. Seems to be an issue with season 1 being duplicated but neither of them are working for me.Any work arounds or fixes?

I only have Now on my laptop running Win 11. I've tried it on Chrome and Edge and both have the same error code.
