however, I have been told by NOW TV Contact Centre staff that I will get a new broadband HUB. It seems not yet delivered. I don't know they want me to use the old HUB.

It seems fine, as per an email I received from Now TV that service will be ready to run by 22 nd of September 2023.

No. It is just only for BB service. I donot have a TV and no time to watch TV  . Only youtube I watch
