Xbox one s now tv app fuzzy picture

Just set up now tv on my xbox one s and can't watch any films as the picture is very fuzzy my wi fi is not the problem so what is

Do you have 'allow 50 Hz' switched on? If you don't go to the display settings on your Xbox one and switch this option on. Remember all UK content is 50 Hz not 60 Hz.
