Hi, I’ve bought a day pass which works fine on the iPad, but when I try and log in on the tv it takes my username and password then another box appears saying “type the word”. Only problem is there is no word and the screen doesn’t respond to remote activity. The only way out of the screen is the back button, which just returns you to the login screen. Help please!!!!
