I am trying to purchase a Sky Sports Day Pass and error code 4008: we are experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to process this payment, please wait a few minutes and try again keeps coming up.
It's been doing this for days now. Payment information is correct, funds there. However, when I click online on my account and payment details, it won't let me access the page, instead saying:
This page isn’t working, skyid.sky.com redirected you too many times, Try clearing your cookies, ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
It's also been doing this for days. Any help or advice greatly appreciated!!!!

An 'Error 4008 code' usually indicates a problem with your payment card.
Have you checked that your payment card hasn't expired? You can check your payment card details by accessing your 'My Account' and visiting Payment Details'...

You're much better off just using your laptop @Anonymous User, as their web browsers are able to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows).
Which browser are you using?

I've been using chrome, but have just tried Internet Explorer and it doesn't work on that either. Here's the cut and paste:
