After spending most of the England v Fiji rugby match on the phone and web chat to Sky last week, I was promised a complimentary Day Pass to make up for missing the game because of poor service.
I tried to activate it today and realised my account was never credited as promised. Insult on injury really, though not surprised, pretty much what I've come to expect.
