NowTV app not working

Paid for a 1 day pass but I could not watch the football match I wanted as the NowTv app worked for a few seconds and then gave a black screen.

I reinstalled the app. No improvement. 

Checked my broadband speed. It was fine. 

I tried Edge, Chrome all no good. 

I ended up watching the second half on Internete Explorer but only a small version as it crashed every time I tried to enlarge the screen. 

Not very happy!

I did spend a long time on CHAT, over an hour! Uninstalling and reinstalling but unfortunately the problem is the same! My problem is being taken forward but my pass will probably have run out before I get a reply. So I am not particularly happy at the moment.
