I want to cancel auto renew

Need help OOi had an offer for four months sky sports for twenty quid. It would not let me but this but took out the full thirty quid so how do I cancel my auto renewal as I don't like the way i am tied i n and now tv make it very hard to get out of it

Welcome to the forum. You can stop auto-renew by cancelling your pass by going to your My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes

You should see a list of any active passes you have on your account, with a cancel button next to them. Just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end.You should receive an email confirmation but you might want to take a screenshot of the cancelled pass as well.

clarity please!!! does selecting cancel terminate access to those channels immediately or at the end of the currently paid up period?
