Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately the Ajax game was on the red button service, which NOW TV don't carry, they only stream the live Sky Sports broadcast channels. If that was the only game you're interested in watching and you've not been able to enjoy anything else then I'd suggest popping onto live chat, explaining what's happened and see if they'd be willing to either refund or offer a replacement pass for another day.
