Can't find this afternoon's Formula 1 Qualifing - am I missing something obvious?

I've bought a Now TV box and subscription with the hope of watching Formula 1

That seems fine for watching live - but I was hoping to be able to watch a few hours later, as I can't always watch the event live. I can see listings for the event which look like I should be able to stream them, but they just open the F1 live channel.

Do I have a setting wrong? Am I looking in the wrong place? Or can I only watch live TV with a sports pass (which seems a little bizzare)?

Welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately you are right, you only get access to the live sports channels, you can't record to watch later or watch red button content and there's no on-demand content.

If you're not able to watch live, the races are often repeated and/or shown as highlights later in the day/week, so you would need to check the Sky sports channel listings and then tune in to watch live.

In addition to what @Andy said above, this weekend's F1 race is one of the 10 that Channel 4 is broadcasting live, as is next week's. So look on 4OD (sorry, All 4), where the qually is available to watch or download as will be the race. No support races on Channel 4, though.
