PAID FOR A DAY PASS TO WATCH THE END OF THE GOLF, AS I HAVE DONE SEVERAL PREVIOUS TIMES, BUT THE SYSTEM GOES INTO A LOOP - ACTIVATE PASS - INSTALL SILVERLIGHT - SILVERLIGHT ALREADY INSTALLED, SAME VERSION - ACTIVATE PASS - INSTALL SILVERLIGHT...................................... IT JUST WON'T WORK WHEN I CLICK ON THE PROGRAMME, SO NO WAY IN. MONEY REFUND REQUIRED, I'M GOING TO HAVE TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH THE WRITTEN BLOG. WASTE OF 45 MINUTES.

If you have Windows 8.1 (or higher) installed on your computer, the best way to view the NOW TV service is by installing the NOW TV Windows app...
If you require a refund, given that this is an 'Bills and Payments' (ie: account) related issue, I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'live chat' facility and explain your requirements to them...
The easiest way of contacting 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -
