Browser

Signed for a Day Pass for the Crystal Palace match. Paid the fee and only then am told Google Chrome is a no no.

Internet Explorer and Firebox are availbale to me but could I get your rig to work on either on activation? No way.

Eventually it recognised I have Firefox but on opening that browser I am asked to pay again.

 

You need to sort this Sky/Now.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you might have signed into Firefox with a different username to the one you bought your sports pass on, check the username and if necessary sign in again.

 

if you are using Windows 8.1/10 then you'll find it much easier to download the dedicated NOW TV app and use that to watch
