I am trying to access sky sports on a mac or xbox app. I purchased the Sky sports Week Pass and have logged onto the website. It wont let me stream the video live. It is not to do with broadband signal and the message on the xbox read, you don not have the correct subscription to access this program. Please get bcak to me as soon as possible.
