iv received my router and im registered with my account but so far iv been waiting 8 weeks and still waiting to be connected to the internet ,iv made numerouse phone calls to NOW broadband still no help , extremley unprofesional company
What are Now saying the problem is due to?
Have you been with another ISP, in the same property?
i have only been there 2 months ,this is my first internet provider at this addres ,NOW broadband just keep coming up with diffrent excuses
Do you have a BT/Openreach phone socket in the property? If there isn't one, they may be waiting for Openreach to install one, however it shouldn't take that long.
Are you possibly in a FTTP (Fibre to the property) area? Now don't use that type of connection so maybe that could have something to do with it.
It's totally inexcusable to have such a delay, and they can't inform you what the problem is.
Perhaps you should give up on Now, and go elsewhere.
