How can i know when my broadband router will arrive?

I applied now broadband service 2 days ago,

and I'm hurrying to get a WIFI.

but until now, I haven't seen any update on my account. 

Does anyone know how I can know when will my now router delivered to my home?

Also, my activation date is set for Oct 5. If my router arrives earlier, can I activate my broadband in advance?

To answer your activation earlier question. No as this date is set by OpenReach. so connecting things up won't make any difference.

For your router use the drop down 'When will my hub arrive' to see what it says.
