connecting to wifi on mac - no ip address

I have tried to connect my new work laptop (which has been used before by another colleague) to my wifi at home. it works in my office and my other devices are all connected to this wifi at home and working fine. It can find the wifi name but when i type the password in, it just doesn't connect. it also says 'NO IP address'

Try a factory reset to the router.
