caller ID not activated after 2 months of complaining.
utterly useless service they have no idea how to activate caller ID after moving from sky.

If you are in touch with Now over this, then there isn’t much we, as customers like you, can add here 😢
You could post something on their Twitter feed, I guess, get a bit more exposure there, or start a complaint via Ofcom, or Resolva, or whatever arbitration services Now subscribe to.
