Hi, I got my wifi box through the post today. On the app it’s says my broadband goes live on the 11th November. Today it’s saying don’t set up the kit until my broadband goes live. I’m confused? Can you help me?

Is there any sticker on the box packing about your live activation date ?
Also when you go into My Account > My Broadband & Calls > Orders & Appointments what date does it show ?
There would be no harm done plugging in the NOW Hub 2 Router to see if the three green lights on the Router goes green (may take around 15 to 30 minutes if the NOW Broadband service has gone live or if Sky was your previous ISP).
If the broadband is still up and running on your previous ISP (unless it is/was Sky) don't swap the boxes over, it wont work (at least it shouldn't) Wait till the previous provider stops working and swap them over then.
Of course if you don't have have working broadband, stick it on now.
