Wifi cutting out

I’ve used now tv WiFi for a long time now, but recently finding the wifi keeps cutting out for like half an hour, speed on the check is like 20 so not bad at all yet it’s not working. 
help!

Just checked the number myself, there's a recorded message saying that it's down because of "essential maintenance".

Now there's a crock.
