Hi
I wonder if anyone can help.
I sometimes play real racing 3 on my iPad or phone, for the last week or so I am unable to connect to the game server and am being told the I need an internet connection to do so. I thought at first the server was down but could find no info on the wed. I then tried connecting my I pad to my phone data bypassing the internet and I was able to connect so the issue appears to be with the router. I have tried resetting but no change. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous User
Might be worth trying disabling IPV6 either on your iPhone / iPad or on the NOW Hub Router to see if that makes any difference has a temporary test.
I know the NOW Hub 2 can cause some problems with mobile devices on certain Apps or websites with IPV6 enabled.
See my post on this link thread below how to disable IPV6 on the NOW Hub 2.

If it makes no difference then re-enable IPV6 back again on your NOW Hub 2.

Thanks for the advice on this but it's sorted, I renewed my broadband contract around about the time this all started and forgot about broadband buddy, Now had reset all the setting at the time of renewal and one of those was blocking gaming, it turned out to be that simple.
