Setup a BQM to check why service was so temperamental and was shocked at how bad the connection actually is. Had the service for a week, streaming and gaming is a struggle. Is this normal for the full fibre package?
Trying to browse the web this morning was like being on dialup. Also I'm not getting anywhere near the guaranteed minimum so what speed test or data would I need to provide to get that resolved? Right now I'm ready to cancel due to service not meeting what was advertised.
