Technical issue after moving flat

Hi,

I moved my flat on the 4th of September and with me the Broadband.

On the 14th of September and engineer came visit to set up the new broadband to solve the internet issue. I was notified that the work was completed and was happening outside the flat.

Right now I still don't have internet (power and wireless lights are on but not internet), and I tried several time to contact support over the phone and messages unsuccessfully.

I also tried to connect using different socks, but same result

Can you please help me on this?

Over 2 weeks has now passed.

Thanks

I couldn’t connect while wearing odd socks, but I finally paired them over Bluetooth 😛

But for you, nothing will get done unless you can inform Now Broadband of your plight 😢

150 should work as the simplest option if you have the telephone service, but if that’s not working, here are a raft of other numbers that Now Broadband hide behind; one of them might get you through to them:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462  or 0330 332 3050 , or maybe 0800 759 1213  or 0330 041 2473

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
This week, I are genrally been watching epsidoes on my Sasmung TV

That really confused me, until I realised you probably meant sockets. 🤣

If the engineer did complete the works at the cabinet on the 14th, then you should be working.

Do you know which of your sockets is the master, as that is the one you should be using, and there are a few different types, this BT help page will explain it.

But, yes, you need to contact Now to get them to check your line/account.
