I have been with you since March my broadband drops in and out every evening and when I test the line there isn’t a problem. Tonight it won’t even let me sign in. I wish I had never left EE. I came over because I have the Nowtv stick and subscribe to a lot of the services. Not happy please find a resolve.

Are you mainly using Wi-fi or Ethernet?
If it’s Wi-fi you can split the 2.4 and 5ghz signals.

Your Hub Two is dual-band (2.4GHz and 5 GHz). Splitting these bands to create 2 different Wi-Fi networks can help to improve the speed to your devices. Here’s how to do it:

i am now on modem No. 3 in an effort to obtain broadband with a degree of stability. I do not use broadband for streaming but for meetings on zoom.
constantly seeing ‘ your broadband is unstable’ or ‘bandwidth low
’ is now beyond a joke. I have performed the exercise to get a better wireless connection etc etc etc. Sorry Su you have frozen is a statement I am fed up with hearing. Or listening to people who sound like one of the Marks brothers is no longer funny.

From the moment I changed provider to Nowtv a year ago I've had daily problems, mostly in the evenings. It doesn't matter if it's my tablet or mobile phone on wireless or my pc on an ethernet connection, all just suddenly inform me that internet connection has been lost. And this can go on for several minutes... And is quite likely to occur again later in the evening. The router button always has all green lights showing and line tests always showed that everything was ok. Having tried different channels & settings made no difference... Running a speed test would prove impossible because it would report "no connection!"
Watching any video can be very frustrating! Using my pc, I have an icon that monitors the router connection & this shows me that there are frequent instances of connectivity being lost throughout the day, often just for a few seconds. Having had many different providers & routers over the years, I've never experienced such an unreliable service. I did speak to an advisor but did not get any resolution that worked. I did request a sky router to see if that would help but they were unable to provide this.
Broadband history: previous to switching to Nowtv, I had different problems, which Openreach found to be related to the crumbling telephone line but once they ran a new cable & put in a new internal connection box, all was fine for the last few months of that contract, until NowTV!

If you had it a year ago, you must be about to come up for renewal, so you can move penalty-free to a new provider, who might well take better care of you.
Actually, you could have moved penalty-free at any time, if you have given Now the opportunity to fix this, and they have failed to.
You might pay a little more for a different ISP, but you might find it is worth it.
I’m with BT now, but I was with Sky for years, nice strong WiFi and four ports on the router, impeccable service with hardly any breaks.
Given that Now Broadband is essentially the same thing, it’s a mystery to me how they manage to billhooks it up as often as gets reported on here 🤷🏼
